To schedule an appointment or receive services after-hours, please contact (605) 234-6584.  Calls made after-hours will be forwarded to our contracted nurse triage service.  A Registered Nurse will provide a one-on-one assessment to guide the caller to the appropriate level of care.

Rural Health Care, Inc., in collaboration with Avera Health, operates Access Health in Chamberlain, SD.  This collaboration of two South Dakota based health care delivery systems strives to meet the needs of the region; including serving the underinsured and underserved.

Access Health Chamberlain offers health care to all ages, from infant care to geriatrics. DFMC is an All Women Count provider, State Immunization program participant, offers a sliding fee discount program, and reduced rates for health maintenance screenings at least semi-annually.
