COVID-19 Update:

Access Health continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and adapt our practices in line with CDC recommendations to assure safety for our patients and staff.

Please be assured that our clinics are OPEN and prepared to meet your healthcare needs! Please call for an appointment or if you would like more information on what we are doing to combat the spread of COVID-19.

We thank you for your support!

COVID-19 Announcement:

Access Health clinics are temporarily changing their clinic practices in order to protect patients and employees, and to conserve resources during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Clinic services are still available; however, patients may have the opportunity to schedule a virtual visit instead of an in-person visit. Virtual visits are face-to-face visits via smartphone, tablet or computer. While virtual visits are not appropriate for all situations, Access Health staff will triage on a case-by-case basis to provide you with the highest quality care possible while ensuring everyone’s safety.

All Access Health locations have technology in place to allow care to take place virtually during the COVID-19 crisis.

Access Health stands ready to meet the challenges presented by COVID-19 and meet the medical needs of the communities that it services.  Although the manner in which services are provided may be temporarily inconvenient, rest assured we are here to meet your needs.

While COVID-19 is a serious situation, know that measures are in place to identify potentially high-risk symptoms to keep both staff and you, our valued customers, safe.  Patients with upper respiratory symptoms who are going to be seen in a clinic are asked to report these symptoms in advance by phone. Please remember that not reporting these symptoms puts health care workers at risk.

As a reminder, symptoms of COVID-19 are fever over 100 degrees, cough and shortness of breath. Anyone who feels they may have this virus are asked to call their clinic first before visiting the clinic in person.

The need for routine, urgent and emergent medical services will continue during the COVID-19 crisis, please know that the dedicated staff of Access Health is here to serve you; either in-person or virtually.

Together, let’s “flatten the curve” and slow the spread of COVID-19. Here’s what we all can do:

  • Stay home.
  • Work from home if you can.
  • Avoid crowds or congregating.
  • Buy only what you need.
  • Call your pharmacy about drug refill limits.
  • Practice good hygiene
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze.
  • Disinfect, disinfect, disinfect.
  • If you do get sick, isolate at home and call your health care provider.
