The Highmore Clinic has been in operation since 1987. The clinic offers a CLIA certified laboratory, and on-site radiology services. Mobile mammography visits the clinic once monthly. Highmore Health Care Center is the long term nursing facility in the community, where the providers see patients.
April is actively involved in the volunteer ambulance service, Local Emergency Planning Committee, and other community functions.
